Job Description/RequirementsJob OverviewThe Aspira Telesales Agent is responsible for the effective management of leads referred to the Telesales team, i.e. ensuring that the % of leads that register on the Aspira portal/app, the % of registered applicants that submit their KYCs and proofs of income and the % of approved applicants that proceed to purchase on credit, % of customer satisfaction, all meet the company’s agreed targets and KPIs.Key Responsibilities• Champion the Customer Experience strategy that is aligned with and supports the overall business strategy.• Display customer first mindset in all interactions, whilst achieving set targets• Continuous learning about sales and marketing• Keeps up to date with business development and new product lines;• Highlights credit, fraud, operational and other risks and areas for improvement;• Delivers the allocated part of the operation within agreed budgets, service levels and business targets;• Reports on opportunities and customer segments to be targeted;• Supports in a positive team culture with strong positive engagementCandidate profile• Min. 3 years’ experience in tele-selling• Demonstrated knowledge of Sales and Marketing management• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills• Committed to exceptional customer service and ability to deal with demanding customers• Action oriented, diligent, proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent problem solving skills• Results oriented• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines• Multitasking with ease to handle the needs of various parties at the same time
