He/she is charged with ensuring that retail targets for Spare parts, GASS and Labour are met by timely order processing, constantly maximizing market penetration, securing new consumers and retention of existing customers.He/she is responsible for maintaining a high-quality retail network for Kibo Africa Ltd and is willing to learn about best practices and the resources required maintain a successful retail outlet. The SC has a proactive personality and a hands-on mentality.Principle function responsibilities1. Responsible for retail shop operations, opening & closing, cleanliness, security, and permits.2. Anticipate needs by greeting customers promptly and assessing their requests at the shop.3. Answer’s customer inquiries and calls for assistance.4. Demonstrate features and options of the Kibo bikes, spare parts and GASS.5. Monitor, manage and organize Parts & GASS inventory to avoid any stock out for fast moving items.6. Address all concerns raised by potential customers, both in person and on phone and provide information on the Kibo Bike and product features7. Undertake basic bookkeeping and issue invoices, sales orders, sales quotations, delivery notes receipts etc as per Kibo SOP’s.8. Conduct monthly stock-takes to ensure that the KC is stocked by the required standards and request for replenishment in a timely fashion.Leadership1. Manage shop expenses, achieve revenue targets, and ensure timely and accurate reporting as requested by your supervisor.2. Ensure the shop is compliant with all legal and statutory requirements.3. Ensure that customer issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient manner, informing necessary stakeholders of any issues while working diligently to solve problems.Key Internal & External Relationships1. Collaborate with key stakeholders in the region and HQ in achieving overall Service, Maintenance, Parts and GASS strategies.2. Collaborate closely with Logistics and Warehousing on inventory replenishment and monthly stocktake.3. Collaborate with finance of petty cash management, cash sales receipts and credit sales management.4. Collaborate with sales executive on bike sales management.5.
