Job Description/RequirementsRole PurposeReleasetrain Engineer in financial Services to establish, develop and lead thedelivery capability for multiple M-Pesa Services and Technologyprojects. Development of the Business Payments Agile Release Train (ART)and of essential trusted delivery partnerships and guidance for M-PesaAfrica (MPA) markets. Guiding market resources through their engagementfor delivery of new services and partner integrations. Guidance ofin-market resources to ensure synergies remain strong between MPA,markets, and partners. Development of Release Train performance andthrough continuous coaching and continuous improvement of MPA’s projectdelivery metrics, particularly Time to Market.Therole will drive efficiency through the 9 squads in the Business Payment(BP) area and additionally lead the newly formed International MoneyTransfer (IMT) squad to provide financial service products and enablersfor merchants and consumers.
