We are active in waste collection, sorting, composting, recycling and buying back waste from waste pickers. Our average recycling rate is 95%, we manage more than 2,000 tons of waste every month and employ 430 staff. We are backed by various commercial and philanthropic investors including DEG-KFW, USAID and Rockefeller Foundation.Specific Responsibilities• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan• Co-ordination of the departments engaged in project work• Detailed project planning and control. Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan• Monitoring project progress and performance• Drafting reports to the management team and donor• Supporting project training within the defined budget• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs• Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programsQualifications & skills• Undergraduate degree from reputable university• KCPE/KCSE: Grade B or better• 2 years of experience as a project officer or assistant, preferably having dealt with international donors• Business or accounting qualification is an added advantage• Calm and structured personality• Strong skills with data management and Microsoft Excel• Strong writing skills• Good Project planning, monitoring and control skills
