Job Description/RequirementsPrimary Responsibilities• Plug in and sanitize/organize existing running sales engagements across the Digital, data Solutions and Digital payments Lines of Business.• Relationship management with enterprise customers with C-level and executive engagement• Management of multiple stakeholders across lines of business, strategic partnerships and how this contribute to the efficiency and increased performance of the sales function at Bring• Ability to form and present a clear vision and direction of our sales strategy, in light of the financial calendar year, to align to our enterprise customers’ success in a digital and cashless world• Provision of advice and execution of changes in the sales organization structure to incorporate any new positions within the time of any commercial initiative• Support the management of sales team in the Kenya region• Contribute to sales revenue targets for the group and for the Kenya region• Drive Marketing and Business development activities in collaboration with the marketing and communications function at group levelRequirements for the job• People oriented and results driven• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company• Ability to engage with Executive C-level relationships with a strategic and overall business understanding of customer needs across various personas in our customer ecosystem• In-depth knowledge of commercial methodologies and applicable governance best practices in the Financial services industry• Extensive networking capabilities and team cohesion• Fluent in EnglishQualifications (Academic)Degree in International business, Business administration, Strategic Management or related fieldExperience• At least 10 years previous experience in a sales and or sales managerial role.• Proven working experience as Sales Manager or other business development executive. Individual contributor executives will also be considered.• Demonstrable experience with sales methodologies, principles and measurement metricsApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
